Outbound tour operator in JHB North

Responsible for all aspects of contact centre functioning, from implementation to servicing bookings.

Motivate & Manage a large team.

Ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, global teams and MD to develop and implement strategies that optimize customer service.

Monitor & Analyze KPIs.

Identify trends and areas for improvement.

Performance management and coaching.


Qualifications
Matric. Travel and tourism qualification beneficial.


Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Top notch customer service skills. Must be able to work rotational shifts (currently 5am - 9pm - shifts are 8 hours long. This however will change as the call centre is moving to a 24/7/365 operation). Prior experience in management within a customer sales & service environment is essential. BPO experience is essential.
