Position:
SEO Manager

Job Type: 40 hours (Full-time)

Shift:

EST

Salary:
$7 to 8 per hour depending on experience

⁠Keyword Research:

Identify relevant, highvolume and lowcompetition keywords using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and challenges.

On-Page Optimization:

Assist with optimization of onpage elements like meta titles, meta descriptions, and headings with target keywords.
Improve internal linking structure to enhance user navigation and distribute link equity.

⁠Quality Backlink Acquisition

Important
Demonstratable experience obtaining backlinks from authoritative and websites with relevance to client. No Fiverr or low quality links that will hurt rankings.
Experience reaching out to reputable blogs, news sites, and influencers for guest posting opportunities.
Understanding of Tier 2 backlinking and microsite SEO strategies

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush to monitor backlink performance and traffic metrics.
Analyze the impact of inbound links on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Generate performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
Experience with Google My Business (GMB).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to stay uptodate with industry trends and adapt to algorithm changes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
SEO certification or relevant degree is a plus.
