Experienced Project Manager for Creative Agency (Remote, NYC/EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the onsite Project Manager, overseeing the development of pitch decks and presentation projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to ensure project requirements are met within specified deadlines.
Coordinate and schedule calls with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Utilize project management tools such as Trello or Asana to track project progress, manage tasks, and adhere to timelines.
Foster a creative and productive working environment, facilitating smooth workflows and effective collaboration

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience managing creative projects, ideally within an agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within scope.
Strong familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) and techniques.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing pitch deck and presentation projects is highly desirable.
Must be located in or able to work within the NYC/EST time zone
