    Description

    Looking for an In-house recruiter to assist with recruitment of resources for various vacancies across the group, and across various positions. The incumbent will be a seasoned, disciplined individual with generalist recruitment experience.

    This position will be well suited for the more experienced and more seasoned.

    Duties:

    • Full function recruitment
    • Source, screen & select a high volume of applicants
    • Advertising on multiple advertising portals
    • Previous exp in placements of support staff, Chefs, Sous Chefs , Credit Controllers, Night Auditors, Sales Reps, Account Managers, FM's, FOH, BOH, Housekeeping
    • Ensure direct sourcing strategies are agreed and channels identified to deliver against vacancy requirements
    • Source candidates via web advertising, referral, networking, database, candidate portal on client website etc.
    • Build, develop and maintain in-house candidate database and workflow products e.g., candidate / job tracking spreadsheet
    • Conducting telephone screening and review of skills and experience as part of the qualification process
    • Ensure an audit trail of contact is maintained for interviewed candidates
    • Be comfortable managing and reacting efficiently to volume recruitment
    • Retain contact with candidates placed via direct recruitment
    • Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site
    • Liaison with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
    • Managing offer process - including providing up to date salary / rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business area

    Requirements

    • 10 + yrs exp in running and maintaining a recruitment /clientele desk
    • Highly PC literate (MS Office, internet, databases)
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • A home office / study with a telephone line and reliable internet connection
    • Highly disciplined, motivated and process driven
    • South African driver's license and own reliable vehicle
    • Tertiary qualification would be preferred
