Used / New Vehicle Sales Manager position available in Johannesburg


Duties:


  • Supervising and motivating salespeople
  • Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles
  • Ensure that the department reaches targets on a monthly basis
  • Purchasing of vehicles as stock for the department
  • Handling customer related and staff related issues
  • Managing all budgets for the department, and promotions that empower the team to sell cars
  • Evaluations of tradein vehicles

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Vehicle sales manager with New or Preowned vehicles
  • Considerable experience with Vehicle sales
  • Experience working in a corporate branded dealership
  • Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record
Basic salary plus commission and benefits
