Are you an experienced call centre customer service agent looking for a new challenge working in a great environment earning R10 500 per month?


We currently have positions available for a target driven, motivated individual to join our team at Clever Call as a call centre Customer Service Agent, working in the finance industry, liaising with our existing UK customers who have fallen into arrears and helping them to set up suitable repayment solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Chasing outstanding payments from early, mid and late collections
  • Collecting information about repayment difficulties and offer solutions
  • Completing income and expenditure assessments with customers
  • Following up on repayment promises
  • Updating the CRM with notes and correspondence
  • Handling card payments
  • Acting in accordance with FCA guidelines at all times

Skills and Experience we need from you...

  • Working in a call centre environment
  • Customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent English skills speaking, writing and reading

Salary:
Up to R10,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
