    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to manage the accounting month end closing process, provide guidance and support for key closing functions, and ensure compliance with finance policies and standards.

    Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    1. Month End Closing Process: Manage the accounting month end closing process in a timely and good quality manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
    2. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support for key closing functions performed by SSC teams, including Treasury & Leasing, General Accounting, Credit Management & Collections, Internal Trading & Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable Management, Balance Sheet Reviews and Sign off.
    3. Intercompany Trading Activities: Responsible for intercompany trading activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
    4. Reporting and Analysis: Work with the FPA team in the region to develop effective reporting and financial analysis in line with best practices, providing insights to inform business decisions.
    5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Finance Policies, IAS, and respective accounting standards of local markets, maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.
    6. Automation and ERP Implementation: Support automation within the business, rollout, and implementation of the ERP system in the region, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
    7. Finance Reviews: Initiate monthly Finance reviews with FPA, Tax, and country finance manager to review actual results, balance sheet, working capital, and pending audit, statutory filing, internal control, indirect and direct tax matters, and ad hoc projects.
    8. Cash and Working Capital Forecasting: Support cash and working capital forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions to inform business decisions.
    9. Non-Finance Support: Provide professional financial support services to the non-Finance community on country-specific finance and trading regulations (CEC, Licensing, tax, other as applicable).

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    1. Tertiary qualification in finance or related field.
    2. 5 years experience in Finance, with HR Services, Recruitment & Selection.
