    Our client has an opportunity for a Disabled Internal Sales & Admin Co-ordinator. The Internal Sales & Admin Co-ordinator will be responsible to maintain and develop the existing client base through delivering quality service and a great customer experience, as well as identifying new customers and thus stimulating business growth. The candidate must have sound communication skills that are appropriate at all levels within an organisation. The position is office based but will require the candidate to travel if needed.

    Responsibiities:

    • Sound internal and external client relations.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to read and understand customer requests.
    • Perform sales tasks, generate leads and develop relationships with prospective clients.
    • Drafting of client specific proposals and quotations.
    • Accurate compilation of relevant sales data and statistics.
    • Company product, market and competitor knowledge.
    • Compilation of month end reporting
    • Involvement in the entire sales process
    • Generating proposals and quotations
    • Processing of accepted orders on the appropriate systems and software
    • Liaison with clients and ensure that the clients are updated on the progress of their orders at all times
    • Follow up on sales enquiries.
    • Identifying new markets and trends
    • Attending product related training to develop relevant product and process knowledge
    • Attending training to develop appropriate skills
    • Liaison with the different departments to ensure the smooth execution of the customers' orders
    • Gathering of market and competitor activities and information to assist in establishing market trends and developments.
    • General admin.

    • Ability to function productively and work under pressure.
    • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel.
    • A valid Code 8 drivers licence and own transport.
    • Strong sales acumen.
    • Team player.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a valid Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales environment.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business environment.
