JOB PURPOSE:


  • Facilitate induction programs and other training programs for employees.
  • Evaluate Call Centre employee's performance and calls to gauge skills gaps.
  • Create training programs and coach to address skill gaps in employees.
  • Prepare learning materials for training programs.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric plus Training qualification/certificate is mandatory.
  • 2+ years Call Centre Trainer and Coach experience in a Debt Collections environment.
  • Proven experience identifying employee skills/competency gaps.
  • Proven experience in the evaluation of calls and on the job coaching.
  • Good knowledge on the DCA, NCA and POPIA.

COMPENTENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Ability to collate and present information accurately and provide insight into training initiatives.
  • Ability to report and communicate with interdepartments regarding training initiatives and coaching.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and timemanagement skills.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate to drive continuous development.
  • Positive attitude and energetic.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Reliable.
  • Selfdriven and selfmotivated.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Structured and detail orientated.
  • Teamplayer.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to Gauteng.
