    They are seeking a skilled and experienced Bond Conveyancing Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to their Eskom bond conveyancing department. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assist with the preparation and processing of Eskom bond conveyancing documentation.
    • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions to gather necessary information and documentation.
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the conveyancing team.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bond transactions and correspondence.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents as required.
    • Manage electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
    • Provide general administrative support to the bond conveyancing team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Assist with billing and invoicing processes as needed.
