    Requirements:

    1. Degree or equivalent qualification in business-related field (advantageous).
    2. Proven experience as an Area Manager overseeing multiple stores.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    4. Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to supervise multiple locations.
    5. Flexibility to travel outside Cape Town when required.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence.
    7. Ability to collaborate with departments and align locations with company objectives.
    8. Engage in employee recruitment and selection processes.
    9. Operate independently with efficiency and effectiveness.
    10. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
    11. Prioritizes tasks, manages time effectively, and meets deadlines.
    12. Must have a strong understanding of merchandising principles, fashion trends, and customer-centric approaches.

    Benefits:

    Company will provide car allowance and petrol compensation. No overnight travel required for store visits, unless necessary.
