    Electrical Spares Manager Cape Town

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of electrical spares across various locations in Cape Town. This includes overseeing the entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality electrical spares, negotiating prices and lead times.
    • Inventory Control: Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory levels, implementing efficient stock management systems to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
    • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and streamline the supply chain process to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
