Problem solving:


  • Assist in any adhoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

Communication:


  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees

Organization

  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly

Technical skills:


  • Preferred background with invoicing and Inventory skills
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Perform dataentry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  • Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
  • Create and maintain useful databases for the department

Social Intelligence skills:


  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive

Requirements for Consideration:


  • Matric Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm
  • Ability to pass a criminal and employment background screening
  • Immediate availability
  • Previous employment experience in a similar position and scope of work
  • Complete proficiency Required in the following programs:
  • Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • PowerPoint

Preferable for Consideration:


  • Tertiary School Attendance
  • Work Experience in a Finance department
  • Experience with quickbooks
  • Experience with Airtable

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
