Description
We are recruiting an International Immigration Consultant/Administrator based in Epping, Cape Town to our branches and providers in Africa and beyond.
The position is full-time, and office based.
The Immigration Consultant/Administrator oversees the immigration programs and assists foreign nationals with their immigration procedures, coordinate casework, missions, and act as a primary liaison with clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES include (but not limited to):
- Review immigration procedures/country information, and legal statuses of foreign employees.
- Coordination of immigration casework.
- Liaise with Client's and multinational Corporations globally.
- Liaise with visa/permit applicants.
- Assist with projects as assigned by Immigration Manager / General Manager.
- Assist in respect to meeting Key Performance Indicators, standards and deadlines.
- Upkeep and maintaining inhouse country libraries and online platform.
- Assist with document control and submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
- Gathering of documents and file all information pertaining to Immigration activities.
- Liaise with government officials and provide regular status reports.
- Coordination with incountry Consultants internationally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of a recognized qualification in business administration / legal administration / international immigration administration and/or at least have 35 years' professional experience in Immigration (or equivalent).
- Knowledge and or experience within Africa will be considered an added advantage.
- Paralegal Diploma/Certificate or equivalent higher education (NQF5+) will be considered an added advantage.
- Foreign language is advantageous (e.g. French, Portuguese, Spanish, etc).
Ability to Commute:
- Epping, Western Cape (preferred)
