    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled High-Volume Recruitment Specialist to manage and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns across various positions within our organization, exclusively for external staff.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously, ensuring we have the best candidates ready to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing, screening, and engaging multiple candidates at once.
    • Collaborating with the Lead Recruiter and COO to understand business hiring requirements and meet hiring targets.
    • Maintaining professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Managing up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports related to high-volume recruitment activities.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
    2. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Proficiency in English required, with benefits for proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
    6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    7. Prior experience working with Zoho beneficial.
    8. UPS and Fibre Internet required.
    9. Own work from home setup essential.

    What We Offer:

    This is a remote, full-time role with commission earnings on each successful placement made after the initial onboarding month.
