    Job Description.

    Admin / Sales person

    Reports To:
    The admin/sales person will report to executive management.

    Job Overview:
    Sales and quotations for clients in the construction industry. This is a temporary position with the potential for growth within the company.

    Should the candidate be promoted to a permanent position, numerous possible avenues and departments can be explored according to skill.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Calling leads
    Follow up on quotes
    Make quotations for clients including client/site visits (in-house training)
    Assist management in day to day tasks
    Admin
    Capture data
    Filing
    IT skills advantageous
    Keep systems and spreadsheets up to date (in-house training)
    Quickbooks accounting system (in-house training)
    Outlook, word, excel, powerpoint
    Sales
    Reception and errand duties when required
    Able to work under pressure

    Qualifications:
    Matric/Diploma
    Driven
    Honest
    Bookkeeping experience
    Good telephone etiquette
    Able to liaise with current and potential clients professionally
    IT experience advantageous
    Sales Experience
    Drivers license and own transport
    Fluent in English and Afrikaans
