    Description

    Job Title:

    Software Developer (Full Stack Developer)

    About the Role:

    This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. As a skilled developer with expertise in web applications, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing user-facing web applications and components that interact with SQL/non-SQL database environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern web frameworks and technologies
    • Analyze business requirements and design software solutions that meet those needs
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and apply them to improve existing processes and systems

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant field
    • 4-6 years of software development experience
    • Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+ syntax and features, Vue.js ecosystems, SlimPHP framework, HTML5, CSS3, and modern development tools
    • Experience with AWS/EC2, IIS, Apache Web Servers, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, Websocket communications, and Pusher-real time communications layer
