The IIE Varsity College, Waterfall Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer: Comparative Politics (Part-Time) for the following qualification for the 2024 academic year:

• IIE Bachelor of Social Sciences

Competencies Required:

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• An Honours or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF level 8 qualification) in Political Studies
• Ideal: Masters (NQF level 9) qualification in Political Studies is advantageous

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Lecturing experience in Political Studies
  • Work experience is not as critical for the module as it is relatively theory based, but lecturers must be able to apply the theory to a relevant work environment

Working Conditions:

Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role.
• Positions are part-time, with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:00
