Requirements:


  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (Written & Spoken)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in B2B Sales
  • Completed Matric
  • South African ID or South African Permanent Residency Holder
  • Based in South Africa

  • Experience in leading teams to be able to lead 15, 20, 50 peers.
  • Emotional intelligence to read and enable people.
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer orientation to lead projects and deals to success.
  • Excellent communication skills to quickly and accurately grasp, explain, and find solutions to issues.
  • Enough confidence to sit at the table with the CEOs and advocate your opinion as a sparring partner.
  • Strong presence (advantageous if in the office) to build relationships and create deep trust.
  • Experience in B2B sales to meet the pace we set.
  • Handson you should not be too proud to pick up the phone to demonstrate.
