If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Warehouse and Operations Supervisor at Regenize, a company focused on making zero waste solutions accessible and inclusive

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse operations and decentralised operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
Coordinate logistics for collection routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and equipment maintenance.
Oversee and take charge of the processing duties performed at the warehouse.
Measure and report the effectiveness and efficiency of performance by warehouse personnel and general operations.
Communicate job expectations and coach warehouse and operational personnel.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge or interest in sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
