    Job Title: AI & Content Managing Editor

    At DesignRush, we're seeking an exceptional individual to lead our internal content development and editorial efforts. This role requires a proven track record of managing content projects, brand communications, and integrating AI tools for content efficiency.

    About the Role

    We're looking for a skilled AI & Content Managing Editor who can:

    • Develop and implement AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, and workflow automation
    • Train and support internal teams to optimize content operations
    • Review and refine press releases, newsletters, social media, and other key brand communications
    • Maintain a Messaging Playbook for brand consistency in all external communications

    In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be working on:

    • Overseeing website content creation, optimization, and updates for accuracy, engagement, and SEO compliance
    • Collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to align web content with company objectives
    • Developing and maintaining editorial guidelines for consistency across all DesignRush content
    • Providing training to content teams on best practices for AI-driven content creation and editorial excellence

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of leadership experience in content creation and editorial project management
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, automation, and workflow optimization
    • 2+ years of programming experience with Python, APIs, LLMs, Agents & RAG
    • Copywriting experience is a plus
    • Deep knowledge of SEO content and editorial best practices
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale content projects among cross-functional teams
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high editorial and brand standards
