    Job Summary

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the operational, financial and sales activities within Company and the framework established by the board of directors.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Financial Planning
      1. Drive the company's financial planning and determine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other managers.
      2. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
      3. Provide financial information and interpret the implications for business performance and funding needs.
      4. Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of accounting and business systems and processes.
      5. Direct the preparation of financial reports summarizing and forecasting the organization's financial position such as income statements, balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income.
      6. Assess capital finance proposals and the financial status of operational projects.
      7. Advise on investment strategies, sources of funds and the distribution of earnings.
      8. Deliver long-range profit forecasts, budgeting and financial reports.
      9. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
      10. Manage business information strategy and the development and implementation of business systems to assist with analytics.
      11. Provide business insights to different business units and entities to assist with forecasting and predictive decision making.
    2. Operations Management
      1. Review operational expenditure budgets to support growth strategies, in conjunction with Financial Director.
      2. Drive the implementation and provision of sound financial, Business Intelligence and CRM management services to the organization.
      3. Ensure the provision of financial and material resources to support operational strategies.
      4. Ensure adequate procurement practices and vendor management.
      5. Manage relationship with service provider and other agreed stakeholder management across the entire business.
      6. Develop and implement objectives, strategies and budgets.
      7. Strategic cost management.
      8. Business optimisation including quality, and not at expense of effectiveness.
      9. Drive continuous OPEX improvement and ensure optimal allocation.
      10. Define Policies, Processes and procedures to streamline the Business Unit and optimize efficiencies.
    3. Risk Management
      1. Identify potential and current risks.
      2. Develop and implement policies to mitigate potential risk.
      3. Report identified risks to relevant stakeholders and action plans thereof.
      4. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk.
      5. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
    4. Corporate Governance
      1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Board and Shareholders so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
      2. Provide Leadership with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
      3. Ensure credibility of Finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
      4. Ensure the organisation complies with statutory legislation and corporate governance frameworks.
      5. Accountable for the formulation of policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and ensure implementation thereof.
      6. Preparation of Board Packs for SA Distribution to ensure accurate reporting of company information to relevant stakeholders.
    5. Work Collaboratively
