Experience Required:
5-10 Years or more in relevant/similar field
Extensive Excel (required)
Costing and Menu Planning
Point of Sales experience
Hospitality Qualification (required)

Staff Management
Cost Control
Excellent communication skills
Administration skills
Team player and attention to detail
Able to work in a pressured environment
Passionate about food and service delivery
Due to the nature of the position, the applicant must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required
