What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Process enrolments for Curro Durbanville.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to the new school enrolments.
  • Assist with marketing activities for Curro Durbanville.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Liaising with central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers and other staff.

Administrative staff qualify for 21 days' annual leave (not the full school holiday period).

Key skills required for this position are:


  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Good English and Afrikaans written and communication skills.

Experience in educational or marketing fields will be beneficial

  • Must be presentable.

A clear criminal record.

  • Plenty of energy and initiative.
  • Driven, ambitious and bursting with ideas.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A strong team player.
  • Can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
