- National Diploma / N6 in Mechanical Engineering
- Trade Test Fitter and Turner
- 10 years of experience in heavy-duty engineering as a supervisor/foreman
- Experience in mechanical equipment maintenance
- Maintenance planning and budgeting skills
- Sugar industry experience in power generation section
- Knowledge and experience in reliable, preventive, and predictive maintenance
- Maintenance and operating knowledge of Boiler Equipment
- Strong leadership and quality workmanship
- Computer literacy with Planned Maintenance System
- Lead the Power Generation Maintenance Workshop to ensure plant availability
- Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment
