Key Responsibilities:


The position will involve:

  • Ensure that all POPIA guidelines, credit report guidelines and compliance guidelines are adhered to.
  • Monitor and record performance of all consultants to ensure that maximum potential is always reached and delivered.
  • Complete confirmation calls to ensure that proper procedures have been followed by Outbound Partners.
  • Make recommendations for improvements.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports data management between DB and partners.
  • Create training materials, such as scripts, process updates, etc.
  • Develop and establish training gaps for internal and external consultants.
  • Focus on ongoing training where consultants might be falling short.
  • Recognize coaching opportunities.

Key Requirements:


  • A quality assessor specialist shall:
  • Display relevant knowledge of the Financial Assessor area.
  • Display relevant knowledge of the Outbound Partner area.
  • Show commitment in achieving team and business goal and objectives.
  • Display relevant knowledge of compliance guidelines.
  • Must have no valid disciplinary issues on file.
