JD Specialized Recruitment_ is assisting a Luxury lodge in Mpumalanga who is currently looking for a
LODGE ANCHOR to join their team.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent would be beneficial.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* lodge environment.
- Sound knowledge of overall lodge FOH & BOH operations.
- Background in Food & Beverage essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Wellgroomed and presentable individual.
- High levels of energy and selfmotivated.
- Strong Computer literacy skills and PMS/Point of Sales experience.
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sound employment history with contactable references.
