- Conduct research on technological development,
- Lead, develop and implement an integrated Improved

- Ensure maintenance of Individual Performance Management
- Design training courses and material
- Provide professional advisory service to line on Individual
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends thereby developing
- Manage the performance management information in order
- Ensure support to the moderation committee to enable
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders detailing the
- Drafting of reports and ensure accurate record keeping of
- Network with relevant stakeholders
