Proposals Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Proposals Engineer to join our technical and commercial team at Chainlink-Sa. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically sound proposals for modular plants, process equipment, and engineering solutions.

This role requires strong engineering knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to interpret complex client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for modular process plants and related engineering solutions.
• Interpret client specifications P&IDs datasheets scope documents.
• Compile cost estimates BOQs pricing structures liaise with teams gather information ensure compliance with requirements standards internal processes current regulations applicable laws practices industry best-known methods improvement techniques safety protocols financial policies management systems risk assessments quality control procedures vendor selection criteria performance monitoring
