    Drive revenue growth by attracting new guests, corporate clients, and event bookings while fostering relationships with existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate businesses, and event organizers.
    • Bilateral strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business.
    • Promote hotel services, accommodation packages, and event spaces through sales presentations and networking.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
    • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to generate leads.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations and guest relations teams.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism (hotel industry experience preferred).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), CRM software, and OTA platforms.
    • Understanding of corporate, MICE, and leisure sales.
    • Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
