Admin Support for Service Centre - Brackenfell, South Africa - MFC Holdings
Description
Our Car Dealership in Brackenfell has a vacancy: Admin Support for our Service Centre, responsibilities will include, but not limited to:- Handling the phone lines (bookings, transfer calls to relevant departments, i.e., Warranty or Service Department)
- Uploading invoices on IAL and Evolve
- Forwarding EFT cash slips to required departments.
- Loading of service plan details (Motor Rite up on fleet accounts)
- Filing after invoices are uploaded
- Oversee/run courtesy workshop
Requirements:
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills
- Microsoft (various packages), Evolve & IAL (preferred).
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Fast learner
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
- Must reside in Brackenfell area
- Notice period
- Salary expectancy
- Availability for possible interview
