HR/Payroll Administrator
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- 2 years' experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Own Transport and Valid Driver's Licence.
- Knowledge of Pay Space and SAGE would be beneficial.
- Good Microsoft Excel experience
Main responsibilities:
- Personal assistant duties such as handling requests and queries given by the Head of HR appropriately.
- Checking reports.
- Basic Payroll Administration.
- Processing payment issues.
- Creating salary sheets and reports
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Tracking employee absence.
- Authenticating working hours and pay rates.
- Issuing confirmation of employment.
- Handling confidential information.
