HR/Payroll Administrator

Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric.
  • Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • 2 years' experience as a Payroll Administrator.
  • Own Transport and Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Knowledge of Pay Space and SAGE would be beneficial.
  • Good Microsoft Excel experience

Main responsibilities:


  • Personal assistant duties such as handling requests and queries given by the Head of HR appropriately.
  • Checking reports.
  • Basic Payroll Administration.
  • Processing payment issues.
  • Creating salary sheets and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Tracking employee absence.
  • Authenticating working hours and pay rates.
  • Issuing confirmation of employment.
  • Handling confidential information.
