Requirements:

Previous experience in an internal sales role, within the steel industry.
Strong understanding of mild steel coil, slitting, and sheets, including various grades, sizes, and finishes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building longterm relationships.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Ms Excel

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
Utilize your indepth knowledge of mild steel coil, slitting, and sheets to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, stay informed about industry trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and present sales quotes, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Continuously update your knowledge of product offerings, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
