Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee our distribution and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee dispatch operations, including route planning, vehicle loading, and staff coordination.
Manage receiving operations to ensure accurate documentation and quality control.
Enforce food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures to protect customers and staff.
Maintain fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure a clean and organized dispatch area through effective housekeeping practices.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment.
Strong computer skills and mathematical abilities.
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English languages.
Code 8 driving license and reliable transport.
Ability to work flexible hours and handle operational challenges effectively.
