    Sales Representative Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions with customers in retail partner stores.
    • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
    • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS by ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
    • No prior sales experience necessary; retail/sales experience advantageous.
    • A genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Bilingual abilities an advantage.

    Compensation:

    The position offers exciting opportunities for career advancement and $50,000 - $70,000 per annum in competitive remuneration.
