    Job Description

    Role Overview:

    We've developed the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model to capitalize on growing business product offerings. As an OUTsurance Broker, you'll be responsible for expanding our short-term insurance portfolio by selling personal lines and commercial lines to new customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Apply problem-solving skills, relationship management, and presentation techniques.
    • Show resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrate discretion, judgment, and high levels of trust.

    Requirements

    • Hold a completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
    • Have a reliable vehicle with a valid code B driver's license.
    • possess 3 years of external sales experience in face-to-face environments.
    • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management, and door-opening strategies.

    If you have prior experience as a FAIS representative, ensure you meet the following requirements:

    • Hold FAIS credits or full insurance qualifications (depending on DOFA).
    • Meet RE5 requirements (depending on DOFA).

    Additional Information

    You'll report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and collaborate with the Commercial team.
