  • Hoedspruit, Limpopo**Versatile and dynamic Front of House needed for this wellknown Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger area. Proven exceptional guest relations skills and a drive to grow and learn all the ins and outs of high end Safari Operations.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years' experience as a FOH/Anchor within a 4/5 STAR environment (Essential)
  • Hospitality related education (Beneficial)
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent Office and admin abilities
  • Excellent understanding of all departments in a high end lodge
  • Experience with reservations and reservation systems
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills.
  • Organised and Detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to help and learn in all areas of the business
  • Responsible, with sober habits
  • Professional and well groomed

Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:

  • Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
  • Be a team player with staff, able to motivate and strengthen the team from within
  • Be on point for check in and check outs
  • Make sure it goes smoothly.
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated and disciplined work ethics
  • Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
  • Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
  • Enthusiastic and friendly
