The Role
Pearl Lemon is seeking a motivated and dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of our agency.

POSSIBLE responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through various online channels, including social media, industry databases, and other platforms.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and compatibility with our services.
Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a seamless handoff.
Keep accurate records of lead interactions and track progress using CRM tools.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes and techniques.

Required skills and experience:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within a digital marketing or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
