Requirements:


  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Revenue Management position
  • Experience in Rate Strategy Development
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, and of Government, Corporate and Leisure Travelers
  • Advanced data analytics skills
  • Proven track record of increasing hotel revenue
Description

  • Assist Marketing and General Managers in creating promotional campaigns
  • Create and develop pricing strategies
  • Provide monthly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
  • Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies
  • Evaluate the prices of competition, as well as analyzing economic trends to determine the demand for hotel reservations based on leisure and business travel
  • Yearly Rate Builder completion in conjunction with General Managers
