About the Role:

• As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments to our clients, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
• You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment, restock supplies as needed, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• In addition, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to clients, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa or similar environment is essential for this role.
• You must be qualified in massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
• You must be flexible and available to work late shifts, including occasional weekend shifts.
• A market-related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives are on offer.

Working Hours:

Shifts include 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, and 11-8, with one-off weekend shifts each month.

Salary: Market-related basic salary (estimated R250,000 - R350,000 per annum)
