MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• To provide endtoend human capital guidance to the firm and the staff alike.
• To advise the business on policies and procedures.
• To initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
• Provide advice and recommendations for resolution of daily issues.
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel.
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices

Duties & Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Retaining Staff

• Review and amend the recruitment process
• Review the overall recruitment process and identify ways to improve
• Induction of new employees (manage the process)
• Implement retention/attraction strategies
• Have biannual 1 on 1 one checkins with staff Initiate and implement staff wellness programmes

Admin

• Diary management of partners
• Arrange internal/external meetings
• Complete annual FASSET reports
• Manage the completion and submission of IRBA and SAICA firm documents

Training Programmes

• SAICA administration of trainees (LTS/EAT)

Performance Management

• Performance Management/Employee Relations and Terminations (manage the process)
• Pay Structure

Train and Develop our talent

• Creating and facilitating Training and Development
• Develop training plan
• Monitoring action against the training plan

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Accredited Degree in Human Resources Management (completed)
• Minimum 2 years expereince in a similar role
• Experience with developing and implementing training and development plans
• Past experience in an accounting firm would be advantageous

Salary:

• CTC: R R20 000 dependent on experience and qualification.

Deductions included in CTC are CAMAF medical aid, Old Mutual Provident fund and Discovery life/funeral cover.
