    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Leadership and Mentorship:
      • Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence.
      • Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills.
    2. Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
      • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
    4. Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel.
    5. Training and Development:
      • Implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
      • Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with the team.
    6. Career Advancement:

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
    • Strong Administrative Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    Remuneration: R35,000 - R40 000pm + Provident
