Description
On receipt of customer order, load orders on the system.- Process orders on Pastel and ensure that all the necessary information is recorded.
- Complete and issue job cards to Production.
- Liaise daily with Production Planning with respect to outstanding orders and delivery dates.
- Follow up on outstanding supplier orders for any boughtout products to complete customer orders.
- Follow up and resolve any customer complaints including action to prevent recurrence of the same complaint
- 34 years of experience in Microsoft office
- Experience in pastel advantageous
- Assertive, pay attention to detail
Salary:
From R9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
