HR Administrator - Goodwood, South Africa - Come Alive Shuttles

Come Alive Shuttles is a Comprehensive Logistical solutions company. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships through good communication and reliable service.We urgently seek to employ an HR administrator to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel records.
- Assist with the full recruitment & selection process.
- Attend to employee queries as well as pay queries.
- Assist with payroll using a manual system.
- Revise yourself with current company policies regularly.
- Implement HR policies.
- Assist with minutes of meetings.
- General HR Administration: Drafting letters for employees which range from contract amendments and confirmation of employment.
- Provide administrative support to top managementlevel staff and perform a variety of tasks if and when required.
Requirements:
- Matric or tertiary level qualification in Human resources or related fields.
- Prior experience in Human resources of at least
23 years
- Knowledge of Labour Relations Act (LRA).
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work in a pressurised working environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Starting Date:
Immediate.
Salary:
Starting Salary R months probation)
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
- Overtime will be required from time to time but will be communicated by management.
Salary:
From R10 000,00 per month
Experience:
- HR Resources: 2 years (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (required)
