    Conference and Events Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience in conference and events coordination.
    • Tertiary qualification in hospitality or events management.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    Responsibilities:
    • Plan, organize, and execute conferences, seminars, and other corporate events from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements, and provide personalized event solutions.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service delivery.
    • Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and communication.
    • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, participant assistance, and troubleshooting.
    • Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event feedback, analysis, and reporting.
    Compensation: R17,000 per month
