    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. This role involves providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and other administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing administrative support to the team
    • Scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Managing emails and correspondence
    • Maintaining accurate records and files
    • Performing other administrative tasks as required

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum
