Requirements:

• Red seal or Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical field or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a workshop or equipment repair environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent technical knowledge of workshop machinery, equipment repair techniques, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software is preferred.
• Proven experience as an equipment repair technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with a variety of equipment types and brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
