    F&I Consultant Position in Umhlanga Surrounding Areas

    A reputable dealership in the Umhlanga surrounding area is seeking a qualified and experienced F&I Consultant to join their used car department.

    The successful candidate must be able to manage approximately 35–40 deals per month, maximise Vehicle and Asset Protection Shortfall (VAPS), have strong bank relationships, and be proficient in Seriti software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage sales finance and insurance processes for customers purchasing used vehicles
    • Maintain excellent relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure seamless financing options for customers
    • Maximise VAPS by effectively negotiating and presenting protection products to customers
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience working in a motor dealership environment
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Matric certificate as a minimum educational qualification
    • Clear ITC (Intelligence Bureau) and criminal record checks
