Key role and responsibilities:


  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for software issues in the HRIS landscape
  • Creating reports and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Knowledge, skills and attributes:

Communication skills: The ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences, such as developers, end users, and other departments.

Leadership skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of support staff, as well as delegate tasks and provide feedback.

Problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues, as well as find creative and efficient solutions.

Project management skills: The ability to plan, organize, and execute IT projects, as well as monitor progress and performance.

Diversity and inclusion skills: The ability to respect and value the differences among people, such as culture, gender, race, etc., as well as promote a culture of inclusion and belonging in the team.


Academic qualifications and certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
  • ITIL certification

Experience required:


  • Providing production support or working in an infrastructure area
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Production Support Framework
  • Managing IT projects and budgets
  • Coordinating with developers and other departments
  • Performing user satisfaction surveys and metrics
  • Keeping up with the latest technology trends and innovations
