Key Purpose

  • To liaise with service providers (internal and external), provide feedback and proactive post auth engagement with clients and brokers following a client's motor and/or nonmotor loss or incident.
    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
  • To liaise with clients, brokers and service providers following a client's motor and/or nonmotor loss or incident.
  • Efficient, accurate and timely post auth claims processing and progress updates to clients and brokers.
  • Achievement of monthly product and soft skills knowledge targets.
  • Adherence to risk and compliance requirements.
  • Efficient car hire management.
  • Teamwork, selfmanagement and alignment with Discovery values.

Education and Experience

  • Matric (Essential)
  • 3 years' minimum shortterm insurance (motor and/or nonmotor) claims experience (Essential)
  • Diploma/Degree (Advantageous)
