Key Purpose

To liaise with service providers (internal and external), provide feedback and proactive post auth engagement with clients and brokers following a client's motor and/or nonmotor loss or incident.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
To liaise with clients, brokers and service providers following a client's motor and/or nonmotor loss or incident.
Efficient, accurate and timely post auth claims processing and progress updates to clients and brokers.
Achievement of monthly product and soft skills knowledge targets.
Adherence to risk and compliance requirements.
Efficient car hire management.
Teamwork, selfmanagement and alignment with Discovery values.

Education and Experience

Matric (Essential)
3 years' minimum shortterm insurance (motor and/or nonmotor) claims experience (Essential)
Diploma/Degree (Advantageous)
